About Russ

Many years ago, Russ Newman’s family was suffering a variety of health issues. His mother dealt with severe pain from fibromyalgia despite taking many prescription medications. His father was also on heart medication, and his sister was ready to be confined to a wheelchair.

Wanting to help his family, Russ began researching natural remedies for pain and recovery. On his journey, he discovered the innate power the body has to help repair and restore itself. He learned that “we all have a God-given blueprint to heal ourselves” and dedicated himself to teaching people how to take care of themselves and combat serious health conditions — naturally.

He now has more than 21 years of experience in natural healing and energy medicine and has also given hundreds of workshops on sustainable living.

More recently, Russ has become passionate about the restorative power of structured water and HALO Systems biophotonic therapy. He offers three types of HALO biophotonic therapy services, training and protocols, which combine violet light therapy with the advanced chemistry of powerful botanically filled vials and tubes.

Through his biophotonic therapy services, Russ has been able to help people bring their body into biological balance and maintain optimal health. His holistic services allow him to teach people how to improve their symptoms; thus, repair and restore their body at the cellular level.

He also offers natural products and sustainable living education through his holistic resources.

Why did you join the PWA?

I’ve known a few other practitioners who got into serious legal trouble because they lacked protection for their holistic services. In fact, some even spent time in jail. I knew there had to be another way. 

Then, over 10 years ago, I learned about the PWA. I looked into what they offer and knew they were the answer. I’ve been a licensed team member of the PWA ever since.

How has being PWA-licensed helped you in your holistic business?

Helping people through holistic services is noble, but not without having the proper protection. When the medical board finds out you’re helping people and you don’t have a defendable legal basis, they can go after you.

I have faced multiple trials with the medical board, and the PWA always protected me. I haven’t been bothered since. 

The PWA is necessary for all holistic practitioners — they talk the talk and walk the walk. I feel so comforted knowing that I am a part of the PWA and I can help people in need without legal risks.
